1. Mongolia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Cadastral Survey and Land Registration Project. Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above.

2. The Ministry of Construction and Urban Development (MCUD) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for aerial photography and digital ortho-photos in Dundgobi, Omnogobi, Dornod, Sukhbaatar, Khentii, Dornogobi, Ovorkhangai, Gobisumber provincial centers.

Details and specifications are provided in the Bidding Document.

3. International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

5. To purchase the bidding document in English, eligible bidders should:

  • pay a nonrefundable fee of US$150.00 plus additional US$100.00 for dispatch by courier if requested. No liability shall be accepted for loss or late delivery. Payment may be transferred to the following bank account:
