- At least 5 years experience of construction of 220 kV or higher voltage Grid Stations. As contractor or as a subcontractor completed at least one or more contract(s) within the last ten years, each with a value of at least US$2.5 million or more that have been successfully completed and that are similar to the proposed works, which have been in operation satisfactorily for at least three years or more and is still in operation. The project similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity, methods, technology, or other characteristics.
- The contractor should have sound financial status. The difference between cash in hand and short term liabilities should be adequate enough for smooth execution of this project.
- Should have qualified civil, electrical engineers, and finance managers.
