1. The People's Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Environment Improvement Project. Part of the proceeds of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to eligible bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. The China Far East International Tendering Company (CFEITC), the authorized Procurement Agent of PMO of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (the Employer) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Equipments, Instruments and Control Equipments of the Heat Exchange Stations and Water Pumps, Valves, Plate-type Heat Exchanger etc. as follows:
- 0722-0920FE241WJO /1 Equipments, Instruments and Control Equipments of the Heat Exchange Stations
- 0722-0920FE241WJO /2 Water Pumps, Valves, Plate-type Heat Exchanger etc.
3. International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: One-Envelope Bidding Procedure.
4. To obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents, bidders should contact the follow address between 9:30a.m-11:30a.m and 13:00p.m-15:30p.m (Beijing Time) from 19 November 2009 to 29 December 2009 during workdays:

5. To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible bidders should:
- visit the office of CFEITC at the address indicated above and pay a nonrefundable fee of CNY 2,050 or USD300 each for 0722-0920FE241WJO /1 and 0722-0920FE241WJO /2 in cash;
or
- request for delivery by sending a written application to CFEITC at the address indicated above. The application must include a cashier's check over CNY 2,400 for local delivery or USD350 for overseas delivery for 0722-0920FE241WJO /1 and 0722-0920FE241WJO /2 for each Bidding Document. The document will be sent by courier. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Bids must be delivered:

Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address advised as above.
7. CFEITC will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation and delivery of bids.
