- Rehabilitation of Babatag Canal:
- Clearing of deposited sediment layer within the cross section of the Amu Zang Canal (app. 650,000 m3), forming berm embankments along the canal (app. 135,000 m3) and rehabilitation of concrete-linings (app. 10,000 m3) at specified sections
- Rehabilitation of structures like: 29 water outlet structures, 40 rain and return flow inlet structures, 4 hydro-posts, 4 pedestrian crossing Bridge at specified sections
- Rehabilitation of Zang Canal:
- Clearing of deposited sediment layer within the cross section of the Amu Zang Canal (app. 10,000 m3) and rehabilitation of concrete-linings (app. 1,000 m3) at specified sections as shown on drawings.
- Rehabilitation of structures like: 83 water outlet structures, 40 rain and return flow inlet structures, 13 check structures, 2 hydro-posts, 3 pedestrian crossing Bridge at specified sections as shown on drawings.
- Collectors: 265,000 m3 excavation; rehabilitation of 10 piped crossing; 5 check drops, 2 aqueducts.
- Inter-farm canals:
- Rehabilitation of 5 Inter-farm Canals, Sharkey Canal, R-5, R-5-4, R-6a, and R-7-2
- 30,000 m3 excavation; 500,000 m3 concrete and relevant structures, particularly water outlets, head regulators, cross regulators and flow measurement structures.
- Participation as contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least 3 contracts within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least US$ 5 million that have been successfully or are substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed works;
- Completion of bulk earthworks production of at least 1.0 million cubic meters per year;
- Peak earthworks production rate of at least 150,000 cubic meters per month;
- Completion of bulk concrete works production of at least 10,000 cubic meters per year;
- Peak concrete works production rate of at least 1,500 cubic meters per month;
- Minimum average annual construction turnover of US$ 4,570 million, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years;
- Minimum financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments, to meet the financial requirements of the contract in the amount of US$ 860,000;
- The Bidder must demonstrate that it has the following key equipment: excavator 1 cu.m. minimum - 5 nr; bull dozer 120-125 kW - 3 nr, motor grader 140 HP - 2 nr; dump truck 10 tonne -10 nr; concrete mixer truck 6 cu.m. minimum - 3 nr; paver machine - 1 nr; sheep foot roller 140 HP - 1 nr; single drum vibratory roller 70 HP minimum - 1 nr; crane 3 ton minimum - 1 nr;
- The Bidder must demonstrate that it has the personnel for the key positions: Construction Manager (Civil Engineer); Senior Civil Engineer; Survey Engineer; Mechanical Engineer.
