Loans 2163/2164(SF): Community Water Services and Health Project (CWSHP)
Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Training of Community Facilitator
The Government of Indonesia has received the loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Loan No 2163/2164(SF)-INO towards the cost of the Community Water Services and Health Project (CWSHP). The Directorate General of Disease Control and Environmental Health (DG DC & EH), Ministry of Health (MOH) intends to procure the Consultants for Community Facilitator Training by applying QCBS method, to be financed from CWSHP in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers (February 2007). The CWSHP will be implemented in 20 Districts located in the Province of Jambi(5), Bengkulu(3), West Kalimantan(6) and Central Kalimantan(6). The Project will be community-driven and participatory approach (MPA-PHAST) lead to capacity building for districts and communities, as well as the changes of the community sanitation and hygiene behavior. The Training will be held in each Participating Province, participated by the community facilitators for CWSHP from each Participating Districts. The procurement will be in two packages; Kalimantan Package and Sumatra Package. Interested consulting firms are allowed to participate in one package only. Interested consulting firms/consortia which are registered with appropriate certifying organizations and/or in ADB's DACON are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in the prescribed format 1 original and 1 copy, written in English; by 30 May 2007 to:
