Loan 2264-INO(SF)/Grant No.0064: Infrastructure Reform Sector Development Program (IRSDP)
Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI)
The Government of Indonesia (GOI) under support from the Asian Development Bank and the Government of Netherlands will implement Infrastructure Reform Sector Development Project (IRSDP). IRSDP will accelerate Public Private Partnership (PPP) in infrastructure services through transparent and competitive process in selecting private sector parties.
The procurement committee invites eligible qualified Consultant firms to provide services as follows:
- Technical Advisory Services (TAS):
The tasks of TAS Consultant are to Assist Project Management Unit (PMU) to function effectively in developing the Project Development Facility (PDF), in particular to support the technical aspect of project implementation in PPP project preparation, and guiding consultant engagement under PDF, and improve technical capacity for stakeholders in the PPP process.
- Procurement and Administrative Services (PAS):
The tasks of PAS Consultant are to Assist PMU in project implementation i.e. financial, administrative and managerial, and procurement aspects, with particular focus on project financial management and procurement.
Interested Consultant shall submit the Expression of Interest (EOI) indicating their qualification to perform the services (company profiles, brochures, description of similar assignments, experiences in similar projects in last 7 years, qualifications and competency of key personnel, references, etc.) Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
Consultant (s) will be selected in accordance with the procedure set out in the
Guidelines on The Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and its Borrowers (February 2007).
Expression of Interest must be delivered to the address below by
31 May 2007 at 16:00 hours.
