Invitation for Submission of Expressions of Interest
Project Name: TA 4890-IND Mainstreaming Public-Private Partnerships at State Level
Executing Agency: Department of Economic Affairs (DEA) TA Amount (US$'000): 3,000.00 Sector/Subsector: Law, Economic Management & Public Policy/Economic Management Objectives and Scope : The proposed TA will provide technical assistance to the DEA and participating central/State level PPP cells to build their capacity to use public-private partnerships as a mainstream strategy for delivering infrastructure services.Consulting Services :
- 1 PPP Expert for each cell (national consultant, on an individual basis, for 36 person-months each) focusing on project financial analysis and risk management;
- 1 Management Information Systems Expert for each cell (national consultant, on an individual basis, for 36 person-months each) focusing on information management;
- a panel of three legal firms on retainer basis (national firms, expected input: intermittent over three years but approximately 6-7 months per year) to provide legal expertise on PPPs to provide legal expertise on PPPs.
