Consultancy Engagement: Review and Propose Improvements to ADB's Project Performance Rating (PPR) System

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is looking for a firm who could provide consultancy services for the above project of the Office of Information Systems and Technology (OIST).

Refer to the Terms of Reference for detailed information regarding the nature of services to be provided for the Project Processing and Portfolio Management - Non- Financials (P3M-NF) consultant for the Project Performance Rating solution. If your firm is capable and interested, please send us your proposals and include the following details:

  1. Approach to be taken in carrying out and completing the consultancy engagement.
  2. Proposed number of consultants, their signed CVs and confirmation if the consultant has close relative that ADB employs; if affirmative, please specify relation to ADB staff (i.e. spouse). In the case of spouse, please indicate the name and position of ADB staff.
  3. Total estimated price or firm-fixed-price including the breakdown of the consultant's remuneration, travel expenses, accommodation, per diem and all incidental expenses.
Deadline for submission of EOI: 5 September 2008

Duration of consulting services: approximately 100 working days over a 6 month period

Tentative Commencement Date: September 2008

Anticipated completion date: February 2009
