All consultants will be recruited in accordance with the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by the Asian Development Bank and its Borrowers (2007 as amended from time to time) and the procurement plans for the projects. Consulting firms will be selected and engaged using ADB's quality- and cost-based selection procedures with full technical proposals.
