Invitation for Submission of Expression of InterestConsulting Services for the IT Knowledge Management and TrainingADB seeks the consultant services of an experienced training service provider based in the Philippines to design and undertake a broad range of in-house IT training solutions for its staff based at its Headquarters in Manila, Philippines and throughout the Asia Pacific Region in its Resident Missions. It is expected that the contract will initially be for a period of 12 months (1 year), commencing in mid 2006 with an option to extend the contract for 1 year based on favorable performance of the selected IT Consultant Firm. The selected IT Consultant Firm should be continually responsive to the information technology (IT) training needs of ADB staff including those staff based within ADB HQ, Field Offices by undertaking regular assessments of staff's training needs, and designing, developing and delivering appropriate training programs in response to those needs in a timely manner and to a quality standard. The selected IT Consultant Firm must also be able to design, develop, and deliver appropriate training programs in English, ADB's official business language, and to meet these training needs using the most appropriate method of training delivery. The overall objective is to integrate the different applications for the purpose of improving business efficiency. ADB therefore is inviting Manila-based IT training firms to submit their applications for prequalification together with their company profile and organizational structure which will provide information regarding their field of expertise and specialization and the experiences of key personnel who will be assigned to undertake the leading role of the required consultancy services.Please read the Term of Reference [ PDF ] and background [ PDF ] document. Interested party should submit the above documents in Seven (7) sets (1 set original and 6 copies) on or before 5:00 PM (Manila Time) of the 6th April, 2006 to the Office address stated below. Late submission will not be accepted. On the basis of the submissions, the Working Group (WG) will shortlist the training firms and later request for full proposal. Only those firms which are short-listed will be contacted by ADB.
