Invitation for Submission of Expression of Interest


Risk Profiling Consulting Services for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

In adhering to a risk management framework that calls for a study on integrated enterprise risk management (ERM) for the organization, ADB seeks the services of an international firm of experts that is capable of undertaking an institution-wide risk profiling exercise. The exercise will be carried out in ADB's headquarters in Manila, Philippines and is expected to start in late May or early June and be completed in about two months.

The assignment is highly specialized and the tasks of the selected firm of experts shall include:

(i) Identifying, assessing and prioritizing the risks that ADB is exposed to, that leads to a comprehensive risk profile map

(ii) Assisting in developing action plans for priority risks taking into account risk mitigants that are in place

(iii) Assisting in developing the roles and responsibilities for monitoring and reporting risk response for the action plans

(iv) Specifying key risk indicators for ADB and/or selected pilot business units

(v) Recommending priorities for future ERM development

Interested parties should submit their Expressions of Interest (EOIs) showing 1) relevant experiences of the firm in similar assignments for multilateral development banks, 2) technical competence and management competence of individual consultants involved. Selection of the most qualified firm will be based on EOIs received. The selected firm(s) will be invited to submit a technical-financial proposal after discussion with ADB in Manila.
