The Government of the Federates States of Micronesia (FSM) has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Omnibus Infrastructure Development Project. The project includes (i) wastewater system improvements (Pohnpei), (ii) power rehabilitation (Chuuk), (iii) water supply system upgrading (Kosrae), (iv) water supply development and rehabilitation (Yap), (v) sanitation improvement program, and (vi) project implementation assistance. The Project is scheduled to be implemented for 4 years (2005-2009).

The Project Executing Agency, FSM's Department of Transport, Communications and Infrastructure (DTCI), is seeking a suitable international firm to provide services for project implementation assistance and related capacity building.
