As the engineer's representative, the consultant's nominated senior highway engineer and team leader will administer the civil works contract and ensure that the works are constructed in accordance with its provisions. Consulting Services: An international consulting firm in association with a domestic/regional consulting firm will be recruited. An estimated about 35 person-month of international and 1,000 person-month of domestic/regional consulting inputs will be required. Download the detailed terms of reference(TOR).
