Request for Expressions of Interest
Consulting Services for Institutional Strengthening of the Road Sector
The Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to finance Consulting Services for institutional strengthening of the road sector.
The consulting services required will include:
- Road maintenance
- Axle Load Control
- Road Safety
- Project Management and Implementation
Detailed Terms of Reference will be provided to the shortlisted Consultants.
The Azerroadservice Open Joint Stock Company of the Ministry of Transport (ARS) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills , etc.).
Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
ARS is the executing agency responsible for selecting and engaging the consultants using the Quality-and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants. The consulting services are expected to start not later than July 2008 and be completed in July 2009.
Interested consulting firms from ADB's member countries may obtain further information at the address below from 10:00 to 16:00 hours (local time).
Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the address below not later than 28 March 2008.
