Loan No. 2280-BHU(SF): Financial Sector Development Project - Component 1
Brief Description and Objective of the Project:
The purpose of the project loan is to facilitate the implementation of the Financial Sector Development Program and to ensure smooth implementation of the policy reforms under the program.
The Project has 5 components, namely: - Building Sector Capacity,
- Developing Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism Framework,
- Improving Accounting and Auditing Practices,
- Supporting Credit Information Bureau Establishment, and
- Improving Securities Information Disclosure.
The following procurement package for recruiting necessary consulting services for Component 1: Building Sector Capacity is as follows:

Required Expertise:
Individual consultant will be recruited for Component 1 by the Government of Bhutan in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2007). Download the detailed terms of reference (TOR).
