The RETA is proposed to deliver technical, financial and/or policy interventions intended to catalyze the development, financing, and implementation of EE projects (which may include, but not limited to: project evaluation, technology reviews, standards formulation, bulk procurement support, risk-sharing partnerships, energy service company sector development, and capacity building) in the energy markets of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Lao people's Democratic Republic, Mongolian, and Uzbekistan.
