Shortlisted Firms

The ADB chooses shortlists of five to seven consulting firms for most assignments and invites them to submit proposals. We post the names of these shortlisted firms for the information of consultants who wish to associate with them.

For technical assistance projects, the ADB chooses the shortlisted consultants and then selects the winning proposals. For loan projects, the borrowing country's executing agency chooses the shortlist and selects the winner.
