This resource book wants to help ADB staff and other key players in the transport sector to design and implement more effective HIV/AIDS programs in the transport sector projects. It also asks decision makers to become more attentive to the risks and opportunities to fight the spread of HIV, guiding them in finding solutions that will reduce the negative impact of transport programs. The resource book was launched on ADB's World AIDS Day celebration, 3 December 2007.
