Lao People's Democratic Republic: Education Sector Development Plan
Lao society and education are embedded in a heritage of indigenous cultures, colonialism, socialist revolution, and most recently, movement towards a market economy and privatization. Viewing the future, there is reason to be optimistic. This sector plan examines the key features of Lao PDR's education system, provides strategic considerations, a financial outlook, and an investment plan. 252 pages.
