How to Bring Water to the Rural Poor

This paper addresses the need to raise the quality of investments in poverty reduction projects and programs that aim to improve the water security of the rural poor. Partnership can promote initiatives to help improve project quality, replicate good practices, and increase demand-led rural water investments by strengthening local capacity and pro-poor water governance.
