The Country Assistance Plan (CAP) describes the planned program of assistance by the Asian Development Bank for Indonesia covering the three-year period 2001-2003. It includes loan and technical assistance projects, as well as possible cofinancing from other donors.
The Indonesia CAP has two separate documents. The first document was finalized in August 2000 and was prepared between April and June 2000, in close consultation with the Government of Indonesia, and other stakeholders, including NGOs.
The second document is an update of the August 2000 version, discussed by the ADB Board in March 2001, and finalized in May 2001.
