To underpin the preparation of the new COS/poverty reduction strategy and the loan and TA operations, ADB's Economic and Sector Work is focused on the provision of advisory services in support of: capacity building for improved public accounting system, good governance and regional development; preparation of transport masterplan; development of population consolidation plan; and promotion of education in outer atolls.
