Objectives

  • To have an opportunity to learn about a broad range of initiatives and best practices to combat human trafficking in Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States;
  • To raise awareness of the problem human trafficking poses to development at the social and institutional levels;
  • To create an opportunity for exchange and interaction among Latin American and the Caribbean, Asia and the United States through a network that will benefit the member countries in Latin America and the Caribbean and its population;
  • To obtain the necessary knowledge for project preparation.
