Fourth Ministerial Conference on Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC)

Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic on 5-6 November 2005

(This is a final preparatory meeting for the Ministerial Meeting on 6 November. Participants are senior officials from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, People's Republic of China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, facilitated by representatives from the multilateral institutions: Asian Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, International Monetary Fund, Islamic Development Bank, United Nations Development Programme and World Bank.)
