This workshop is an excellent opportunity to know how clean energy projects are developed and promoted in Viet Nam and Lao PDR. It aims to impart issues and perspectives on financing clean energy and international experiences in promoting and financing renewable energy and energy efficient and low carbon technologies.

- familiarized themselves on how renewable energy and energy efficiency projects are developed, promoted and financed.
- informed on the barriers and strategies pertaining to institutional, policy, market and financing issues in the energy and renewable energy sector
