ADB-NGO Pre-Conference Workshop

This workshop aims for the 13 NGO partners contracted under RETA 6321 to share project implementation experience and lessons learned. In addition the partners will prepare for their face to face dialogue with parliamentarians during the ICAAP to advocate for partnerships with NGOs to guarantee continuity and sustenance of accessible HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support programs.

The workshop will:
- provide an opportunity for partners to share their experience and knowledge on effective outreach and delivery of essential HIV/AIDS services to the poor, vulnerable and high risk groups
- assist NGOs to coherently apply a systematic consultative and participatory approach to project implementation
- develop a monitoring and evaluation system for effective measurement of project success
- put into place mechanisms for sharing good practices
