The two-day workshop focuses on practical development of Community Service Obligations (CSOs).

The workshop aims to:
- Present and discuss frameworks for designing, imposing and financing CSOs in key infrastructure sectors: telecoms, water, electricity and transport
- Provide participants with tradeoffs and lessons learned from recent experience from the region.
- Act as a forum for discussing implications for policy makers and implementation officials in the Pacific.

Workshop is open to Vanuatu media both days.
- Target participants for workshop are CEOs from Pacific Governments and CEOs from State-Owned Enterprises in the Pacific.
