Regional Workshop on Microinsurance Sector Development

This workshop aims to present insurance professionals and policy makers an opportunity to discuss how to extend commercially viable insurance services to the poor and low income people.

• Policy makers, Government authorities and insurance regulators will deepen the understanding on conducive policy and regulatory environment of microinsurance.
• Private insurance companies, microfinance institutions, and other insurance professionals will share and learn best practices to provide insurance services to the poor and low income people.
