The Pacific Regional Audit Initiative under the Pacific Plan initiative 12.1 is being designed with ADB support and is intended to raise Pacific public sector auditing standards to uniformly high standards. The Congress will review and provide guidance on design work to date.

Members from Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji Islands, FSM, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, New Zealand, Palau, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga and Tuvalu will be joined by representatives from ADB, AusAID, France, International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions, Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat and PRC.
