The purpose of the workshop will be to discuss present statistical system of Cambodia and to identify the statistical capacity building needs in the short-, medium- and long-term.

At the end of the workshop, participants will have:
- given their inputs to the international consultant’s report
- identified the inputs for setting the statistical priorities in drafting long-term SCB plans for Cambodia

- Feedback from stakeholders on the diagnosis of statistical system and priorities to be incorporated in the report
- Strengthened partnership with the Government in building its statistical capacity
- Advocacy for the Government to commit ownership of the statistical capacity development and increased funding for the same
