3:0 - 4:30 pm	Site visit and integration with Magballo-Balikutok-Calamay Farmer-Irrigators Associations (FIAs), project staff of the Southern Philippine Irrigations Sector Project (Loan 1668)

4:30 - 7:30 pm	Travel to Bacolod City

7:30 pm	Hotel Check-In (L' Fisher Hotel)

8:30 - 10:00 pm	Dinner with Negros Occidental Provincial Governor Zayco
