- ADB staff and specific project developers have reached an understanding on projects that can be further developed for CDM through ADB financing
- Participants understand the benefits of CDM to their own projects as a means to improve revenue streams and enhance project credit worthiness
- Participants are aware and capable of accessing ADB financing and carbon market initiative (CMI) services for project development of CDM project activities
