The fourth Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) Technical Meeting on Performance-Based Allocation (PBA) Methods was hosted by the International Fund for Agricultural Development. This annual technical meeting workshop provides opportunity for the MDBs to share experiences in implementing PBA, and to update each other on changes to their systems.
