Purpose | Objectives
The third Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) Technical Meeting on Performance-Based Allocation (PBA) Methods was jointly hosted by the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. Representatives from eight multilateral institutions and some observers from bilateral donor agencies participated in the meeting.

- Performance Ratings Issues, e.g. reducing subjectivity, ratings disclosure experience
- PBA System Simplification and Reducing Volatility
- PBA in Postconflict and Fragile States
- Allocation Issues, e.g. population factor, responsiveness-predictability trade-off, allocations disclosure experience
- PBA Debt Relief Issues, e.g. inter-agency coordination and alignment
