Monday, October 26: ADB GAD Performance and Implications for GS Work GS Role in Loan Processing

Objective: The Gender Specialists (GSs) will be updated on ADB's current GAD performance and will specifically focus on recent loan processing activities under different lending modalities. Common challenges and successful approaches in loan processing will be discussed to enhance performance. GSs will also review 2010 loans to make strategic selections for assistance in loan processing next year.

The GSs will reflect on the Regional Seminar and discuss options for enhanced gender capacity building in DMCs.
