Objective: The Gender Specialists (GSs) will be updated on ADB's current GAD performance and will specifically focus on recent loan processing activities under different lending modalities. Common challenges and successful approaches in loan processing will be discussed to enhance performance. GSs will also review 2010 loans to make strategic selections for assistance in loan processing next year.
