Guidelines for Project Proposal Submissions as Part of the Agriculture and Natural Resources Research at International Agricultural Research Centers

These new consolidated guidelines for project formulation and evaluation are effective April 2003 and govern ADB's support to agriculture and natural resources research. We have produced the guidelines to clarify expectations, processes, and ADB procedures in supporting agricultural research through the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) and other International Agriculture Research Centers. We hope these will be helpful to the staff of all international research centers who will develop and administer projects under the ADB Regional Technical Assistance package.

Please note that the circulation of these guidelines does not in any way commit ADB to future funding.
