ADB's Inspection Policy: A Guidebook : I. Key Aspects

What projects can be reviewed under the Bank's Inspection Policy?

The inspection policy applies to public sector loans, guarantees and technical assistance grants financed in whole or in part from Bank resources, or administered by the Bank. These may include projects under preparation, as well as projects that have been approved by the Bank's Board of Directors and are still in implementation. The possible extension of the inspection policy to the Bank's private sector operations will be considered as part of a general review in two years.
