This 2nd edition pamphlet summarizes the key areas of project economic analysis and their application to each stage of the project development process. Based on ADB's Guidelines for the Economic Analysis of Projects, it is intended to help ADB staff, consultants and DMC counterpart staff appropriately select and apply analytical principles.
