The Asia-Pacific Restructuring and Insolvency Guide 2006
The Asia-Pacific Restructuring and Insolvency Guide 2006 is a practical guide which explains the restructuring and insolvency frameworks of 16 jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific region. It was produced by ADB’s Office of the General Counsel (as part of its law and policy reform initiatives) in collaboration with GLOBE White Page, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Morgan Stanley, and many leading insolvency professionals. The guide is structured to provide country commentaries by leading professionals in the field. Country chapters in the guide follow a standardized question-and-answer format to facilitate easy reference. The Guide is based on law and practice as at January 1, 2006.
