2.16 Public Communication Policy

ADB’s public communications policy provides a framework to enable ADB to communicate more effectively. The policy establishes the disclosure requirements for documents ADB produces or requires to be produced. It requires that all project-related documents normally produced during the project cycle are posted on ADB’s web site
