Ministry of National Education (MONE), and Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA)
The Project will be implemented in the three poorest districts in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara: Lombok Barat, Lombok Timur, and Dompu. The three districts have been selected based on the high proportion of private Madrasahs (Lombok Timur), fishing communities (Lombok Barat), and remote islands (Dompu).
Reduce poverty by providing basic education to poor and disadvantaged children in underserved and remote areas of West Nusa Tenggara.
Project PurposePilot ways of including schools for the poor and in remote areas in the new decentralized education system of Indonesia.
Expected Output
NGOs for social preparation and capacity building component, poverty impact assessment and compliance monitoring
