Grant Development Objective (GDO)
To reduce poverty and improve the socioeconomic status of ethnic
minority women who are among the poorest in Lao PDR.
Expected Outputs
- Organize 30 groups in at least 300 ethnic women minority
- Provide training, functional literacy, and capacity building
to at least 30 women's groups and ethnic minority women from at
least 50% of recipients of agricultural and livestock training
and extension in the project provinces
- Set up at least 10 revolving funds with women's groups
- Provide access to water, sanitation, and health services to
at least 15 village women groups and spend less time collecting
water
- Improve incomes of ethnic minority women beneficiary by at least
5%
