Scope

The JFPR project and HSRP will be implemented in five rural districts -Roshkala in Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAR), Aininski and Gorno-Mastcha in Sugd region, Garm in Region of Republican subordination (RRS), and Kulyab in Khatlon region.

Objectives

Grant Development Objective (GDO)

Improve access to and use of innovative health care procedures promoted under the Health Sector Reform Project (HSRP) by the poor population, in particular by the poorest, women with reproductive age, mothers, and children.

Grant Purpose

Strengthen public information, and community and family participation in determining, implementing, monitoring health needs, practices and services.

Expected Outputs
  • Increase the number of visits to primary health care facilities by the population by income level
  • Increase patient’s satisfaction
  • Increase number and percentage of births attended by trained birth attendant and at health facilities
  • Home care management percentage
