Project Summary
Building upon its initial success, this TA will extend the provision of capacity building support to Cambodia through a Resident Mission poverty consultant. The poverty consultant will help the Resident Mission to proactively engage in:
- Supporting implementation and monitoring impact of Cambodia's NPRS
- Ensuring ADB's operations in Cambodia are aligned with NPRS
- Helping the ADB's country team mainstream strategic poverty reduction focus in loans, TAs and sector work
- Helping the ADB's country team develop and implement poverty reduction grants - financed activities
- Liaising with key stakeholders in the country on poverty issues
