This toolkit provides countries with tools for implementing and assessing policies that will increase competition, and thereby the competitiveness of their economies as a whole. The toolkit contains
- links to websites containing further information about competition regimes;
- references to relevant laws, administrative guidance, policy statements, academic literature and other sources; and
- links to existing glossaries of terms relevant to competition law.
Who can benefit from the toolkit?
The toolkit is useful for
- competition and regulatory agencies;
- other government offices;
- lawyers, economists and experts in the field; and
- the general public, including students and non-government organizations, researchers, and members of the development community.
