WaterColors

ADB's WaterColors is a series of images depicting specific water and poverty issues in the Asia and Pacific region.

The series was launched at the WaterDome, a major event at the World Summit on Sustainable Development, in August 2002. The WaterColors materials include bookmarks, postcards, folders, fact sheets, and calendars.

The WaterColors images consist of 14 water-based paintings by artist Dave Parker. In the creation of this series, Mr. Parker used water from rivers, standpipes, rainwater, floodwater, and public faucets in developing countries across Asia and the Pacific to raise awareness on water issues.
