Progress of the TA is satisfactory and substantial since consultants' refielding in January 2007. Draft amendments to the NWSDB Act have been prepared and will be forwarded to the Legal Draftsman for review in August 2007. Progress in the preparation of tariff methodology and customer code is also substantial, and these are being finalized based on feedback received to date.

National training initiated in July and to be completed en September. International training undertaken by 8 participants first week in September 2007.
