The TA will help build an authoritative knowledge base on poverty in Tonle Sap and its perimeters. The TA is expected to facilitate the direct participation of the poor living on and around the Tonle Sap, in discussing their experiences of poverty and disadvantage impacts of macro level factors, and providing their perspectives regarding development policies and programs that are likely to bring about alleviation of poverty and sustainable development in livelihood and the people’s well-being.
