Building on earlier poverty work in the region, this TA is designed to advance the pro-poor policy agenda and capacity development strategy that has been formally established under Poverty Partnership Agreements in each Pacific developing member country. The TA will help strengthen the capacity of national systems and organizations that are required to implement pro-poor reforms in the Pacific developing member countries. This will also assist in the drafting of individual pro-poor policy briefs by Pacific Governments and civil societies, and dissemination of findings and recommendations.
