Project Summary

This TA shall strengthen the implementation and integration of gender equality policy commitments in poverty reduction and governance reform programs and projects. This will also ensure that GRAPs are integrated in ADB supported governance reform programs.

Specifically, this TA will do the following:

  1. Extend assistance to stakeholders on GRAPs implementation
  2. Establish sustainable networks between and among GRAP stakeholders
  3. Support governance reform program annual work-planning and budgeting process to ensure GRAP inclusion
  4. Ensure that GRAP implementation is in accordance with GGRP guidelines
  5. Ensure governance reform programs PM&E systems are appropriately engendered
  6. Prepare publications of policy issues incorporating results from PM&E
  7. Facilitate policy dialogue including conferences & workshops of stakeholders on GRAP issues
  8. Formulate and implement a media campaign in support of GRAP implementation
  9. Conduct quarterly gender audit of ADB governance programs
